  I visited the store last week and I was highly satisfied with the quality of customer service this team provides! As soon as I entered the store the lovely ladies Emely and Korina greeted me and discussed their promotions/deals. They were very knowledgeable and kind during our interaction, I’m very pleased with this location I’ll recommend to my friends and family!

  I usually choose this store but today I waited like 10 minutes to be helped and some people walked in and received immediate help it was like me and my kids were invisible

  Knowing I needed a phone today I decided to switch to Cricket and man ! Best experience due to the superb customer service from Edwards ! Although he was helping me and another customer he was very time manageable and still got me out the way quickly ! Got some awesome deals and a few perks thanks to him helped me start my birthday off right ! Thanks again Edwards . Excellent work yo , Very positve and spontaneous Customer Service attitude !!! Definitely will be staying with cricket! Happy Holidays
