  I was very disappointed with my stay. Check-in was supposed to begin at 3:00 PM, but the experience was frustrating from the start. We arrived around noon and were told to come back in an hour. When we returned at 2:45 PM, we were told to wait again. Even after 3:00 PM, our room was still not ready. To make matters worse, the hotel's Wi-Fi system was having issues, causing check-ins to take nearly 30 minutes per guest. With two people ahead of us, we didn't receive our room until almost 4:00 PM. I had a scheduled function and ended up having to get ready in my car while my husband waited in line. Because of the delay, I was late for my Queen Mary tour. The staff also told us they would waive the $25 parking fee because of the inconvenience, but that never happened. In addition, I specifically asked to use a different card for payment. Because their system was having issues, they charged the card on file instead, leaving a much larger charge on my debit card than expected. With the $195 room charge plus a $200 deposit, it significantly affected my budget for the rest of my trip. I wish they had used the credit card I provided. The room itself was nice, but unfortunately the poor check-in process, broken Wi-Fi system, unfulfilled promise regarding parking, and payment issues overshadowed the entire experience. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating hotel stays I've had.

  Small full size beds.. wish they would upgrade to queens in the double rooms. Indoor pool.

  Super tranquilo Agradable. El desayuno por igual agradable y rico cafe...si regreso a pasear me quedaré nuevamente a hospedarme

  This was probably one of the best hotels I ever stayed at! The room was big, if we needed anything it was taken care of right away. The breakfast area was amazing. Love the waffle machine. Staff was friendly and always willing to answer any questions.
