  Great hotel. Clean rooms comfy beds. Easy on and off 395. Has a pool, and assigned parking. Free breakfast that is quick and easy. My only complaint is that there is no covered parking. Maybe should build some solar panels over parking.

  My husband pulled into this motel last night at around 2:30 am and was told the only available room was a wheel chair accessible room which much higher priced than the standard room rate. First of all why would you charge a disabled person more? This doesn't seem right. My husband told the front desk man that he wanted a standard room and didn't feel it was right to charge him $224 for one night when a standard room is around $135. Since that is all they claimed was available he paid it and stayed in the room about 4 hours to sleep. He is aware it was his choice to pay the higher rate. At the time he just could not drive any further. They could have done the right thing considering the time of night and charged the standard rate. The review then would have been much different.

  i've been traveling to independence, California for the last year on business and this Best Western is best available option in area. The property is clean and safe and they have a great hot breakfast every morning. The front staff is extremely nice and helpful and I have a number of packages delivered to Hotel. Today I worked with Dylan regarding a number of overlapping reservations for my staff, and he helped me get everything sorted out so my staff could check in even in my absence. A very accommodatiing young man. Well done.

  A very quiet and welcoming atmosphere. Great morning views and excellent water pressure for a nice shower! Friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Well stay here again!

  חוויה לא טובה עם בסט ווסטרן בכלל והמלון בפרט. שוחחתי טלפונית עם מרכז ההזמנות וביקשתי חדרים צמודים מכיוון שאני מגיע עם ילדים. הובטח לי טלפונית שכך יהיה ואף ביקשתי את זה כתוב במייל והנציג כתב לי אימייל שיש חדרים מחוברים בהתחייבות(!!!). בפועל קיבלנו חדרים רחוקים מאוד אחד מהשני מה שהפך את השהייה ללא נוחה עם ילדים. העובדים בקבלה צעירים מאוד וכנראה אין להם כלים לעזור. גם כשהראתי את המייל שקיבלתי שכתוב שם בהתחייבות אמרו שיראו למנהל שהיה בכלל בחופש ולא חזר בלילה שהיינו שם. חבל שזה השרות שבסט ווסטרן נותנים.
