  DONT GO in the mornings because there is VERY RUDE lady working there. I went there around 11am today on( Aug. 21, 2026). There was only 1 person there to help. I waited 10-15mins and when it was my turn to go to the counter the lady said wait to be called. I understand maybe that's the policy or something but don't be rude about it. And if someone has a medical problems like me and can't stand for a long period of time, that person will want to get to the counter as soon as possible and get out of there. I think the lady working there has NEVER SMILED since I've been going there. Its very rude and unprofessional. She acts like she's working there for free and doing customers favor by helping. So if someone has medical problems and cant stand for long time don't go in the morning.

  The UPS Store in Lompoc was wonderful! They were quick, professional, polite, and clearly very well trained. They made everything easy and efficient. Highly recommend

  Michael was great! There was a line out the door and they were working alone. Great customer service, even though it was super busy!

  I agree the manager is rude like he is to busy to help. The rest of the employees nice. Hopefully someone new is the manager now. 8-7-2026

  I always I have a very good experience at this store with the men that work behind the counter, but lately, most of the women, however, need a serious attitude adjustment, it seems when you go in there you’re really putting them out to do their job. And God forbid if you walk in with an Amazon package… The redhead needs a serious attitude adjustment, is never friendly and is always rude! I guess the box shop is the answer! Much better service!
