    I’d like to say first off that I’ve had trouble with this subway in the past but today was so bad I felt like I had to make a review about it. Today I ordered a meatball sub online. I went over to pick it up and when I came in the lady in the store started asking me if I was some other guy and if I had ordered a turkey sub or something, to which I said no. I told her my name and my order and she looked at me and said “huh” I then realized she barely spoke English and could not understand what I was saying so I showed her my order online and she said “not here” I said what do you mean it’s not hear and she said “you no order here” I then asked her to pull up my name in the register which took some time for her to finally understand. She looked it up and said “oh, I already give to man” which right then and there told me she gave someone my order. Being annoyed I asked her to make it again because I already payed, she then asked “what order?” and I told her it was the meatball sub. She then said “oh no more meatballs” and pointed down to the empty tray. At this point I was mad and asked if I could get something else since I already payed. She said yes and made me a different order and then said “give card” At this point I was so mad I was just about ready to leave but I showed her that I already payed and she ended up giving me back the sandwhich. What annoys me is that whoever owns the bussiness should not be hiring someone who cannot understand English. trying to talk to her took forever because she had close to zero understanding. It also amazes me she was the only person working at the store at that time. There was literally nobody else, just her slowly making sandwiches. And now that I think about it later the reason my sandwhich was picked up by someone else is probably because when I walked in she asked if the other order was mine by asking “are you …” meaning if someone were to walk in they could just lie and say “oh yeah, thats me” anyways I know I’m ranting at this point but don’t waste your time going to this subway it’s probably more worth it to just drive downtown instead. 1 Star

    I have never been unhappy with what I order. Pretty much every employee puts plenty of whatever you want on your sub. I think its cool when you come in the door and they say , "Welcome to Subway"! I also like that they are next door to the Village Market so I can go get a 99 cent tea and get the chips I really want and then get one of their subs. Even though they get busy they are polite and I never ever see them standing around and talking, they are always working when I come in.
