  NEGATIVE 10 STARS! The store is in an old nasty building, ought to be razed. County of Santa Barbara health definitely needs to be called in. A 2 x plain 6" cold chicken & avo sandwich order turned out to be approx 2 tbs cubed reconstituted unknown meat, chicken flavored salty squares, 2 tsp overly bruised avocado chunks, all hard to find underneath the clump of wet, soggy & limp seemingly day old chopped lettuce buried in a squished 6" bun, then wadded up in a piece of Subway wrapping paper. Not even folded. It looked like trash in the bag to start with. Sadly, we ordered 2 of these puke bombs. This so-called "Subway Sandwich Artist" seemed to be lacking in the most basic of training, care, & motivation to even attempt a 1/2 way decent sandwich preparation. In all, it was 100% inedible, disgusting, and probably would have ended us up in the hospital had we not thrown them out. Lost my appetite just looking at the slop. Subway ought to be ashamed charging the prices they do for the garbage they put out. This particular store should be shut down, or gutted and started over. What a disgrace!

  I have done 3 online orders and each time it's been terrible, this was the last straw dont waste money with online orders

  The staff has never been very nice or helpful. I swear the app is rigged to not take orders when there are BOGO sales. I've walked into this location and asked about it. Their response was if the app won't take orders its too bad, you don't get the promo. When I have done a couple mobile orders they have always started my order when I walk in (yes I wait the time). I gave it several chances but there are just too many better places to eat.

  I ordered the chicken ranch wrap. The wrap was flat when I got it. I opened it up and had 7 pieces of spinach, 1 small piece of bacon, tomatoes 2 slices the size of a quarter. I know times are hard but come on. I won't be going back..
