    I hate how I rarely carry cash and don't have money when I stop for food and then I get the friendliest service. I got a sandwich with someone and didn't pay & had no cash but I want to say the young woman was most amiable person I think I've run into in a long time. I wish I had her name but it early today. She was kind and neighborly and I hope Subway holds on to her. Please give her a raise to make up for my lacking. I'm not failing again. I hope this is posting on Central in Lompoc

    Had a terrible experience here last night 12/13/25 at 6:50pm. Ordered a sandwich on the app, came in to pick it up, and the guy told me that they had no record of that order. I even showed him the order number, the correct subway address, and the time and date I ordered it. He just told me no. Then the app switched to “picked up” so someone definitely either picked up my order or the guy lied about seeing my order. The entire time I was trying to get him to look it up, he was on speaker phone with a friend, probably talking about me making him look in the computer. I contacted customer service and they said they would report it, but I never got my sandwich, and I never got compensated for purchasing the sandwich. They stole from me, refused to help me, and now nobody is contacting me back. This place is dirty and a scam.

    So we went into subway at 12:00 knowing they have their special going on.. (but a foot long for the price of a 6inch if you get a drink) there was 3 people ahead of us.. the person at the front had already gotten to the part of putting the veggies on her sandwich and that just took forever.. sandwich maker took forever to do that... then the next two people requested Monday's special even tho it was now 12:07 on tuesday.. the sandwich maker kept asking them if they wanted it and that she would go and get it for them.. there sandwich took 14 min to make... and they weren't even toasted... then it's our turn and we ask for the jalapeño cheese bread and there out.. (always out at night) then we ask for a bacon and turkey and the girl says she forgot to pull the bacon out so it's frozen.. my friend stops there and walks out.. that's when she says that the bacon wasn't even ready when she got in so she had to do it.. all of this took 27 mins.. we left with nothing. Kinda upset that it took so long and that the bacon was frozen..
