  I had a great experience at The UPS Store in Loma Linda. Roxana helped me with taking my photos, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She made everything quick and easy while ensuring the photos turned out great. Excellent customer service like hers truly makes a difference. Thank you, Roxana, for your help and positive attitude!

  !!! Hit or Miss !!! This store is either a hit or miss, depending which employee you talk to. It looks like not all of them have been trained on what to so or what to look for when accepting simple returns. - - some didnt pay attention in their training - - I was told that my return wasnt packed properly and it needed to be in a shipping box or bag. ( it was packed actually better than the flimsy see thru plastic bag it came in, it was even wrapped in a roll of bubble wrap ) Different employees tell you different and conflicting things . Went to another location ( by Sam’s Club ) …. returned with no problem or even a question. ::::: take your chance here or go somewhere else to begin with to save time and frustration :::::

  I went out of my way to visit the The UPS Store location instead of the one closer to my home, and after working with Stephanie, I completely understand why people return to this store. Her customer service was truly exceptional — professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind from start to finish. In a world where great customer service feels increasingly rare, Stephanie absolutely stands out. She made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and honestly enjoyable. She treated me like my time mattered, answered every question thoroughly, and handled everything with confidence and warmth. I could have gone somewhere more convenient, but the level of service at this location makes the extra drive worth it. Stephanie represents what customer care should look like, and The UPS Store is fortunate to have her. Highly recommend this location specifically because of her outstanding service.
