Absolutely ridiculous experience. I spent over $70 on a family meal, only to get home and realize they forgot an entire bag of wings. Not a side item, not a sauce—an entire portion of the order was missing.
What made it even worse was the staff’s attitude. There was no sense of urgency, no real apology, and no concern that I had just paid for food I never received. It felt like they couldn’t care less that they completely messed up my order.
Customers shouldn’t have to double-check every bag before leaving because employees can’t do the bare minimum and make sure a paid order is complete. If you’re spending your hard-earned money here, be prepared to check everything before you drive away because apparently accuracy and customer service aren’t priorities at this location.
This was by far one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I’ve had, and I definitely won’t be coming back.

I ordered 10 boneless wings and the first time they gave me old wings After I went back they replaced them but the wings were dry and had very little flavor The overall experience was very bad I’m highly disappointed and will not order again.

I’m not the type to usually leave reviews but this person definitely deserves to be recognized I stopped here a few days ago the moment I walk in I was greeted instantly by rene he also was the one who attended me he was patient and explained to me the different type of flavor they had as I don’t usually eat at Wingstop and don’t know what to order he was patient and smiled throughout our full conversation. He also was the one who cooked my food and let’s just say that food was amazing! I definitely will come here again

This restaurant is very disorganized and mismanaged. I placed an order online on 02/15/26 and it said ready in 19-24 minutes. When I arrived about 10 minutes after ordering I needed to use the restroom which was disgusting. I came out asked for my order and it wasn't ready yet. I sit down inside on the bench and witness 5-8 people order and then received their order. I get up and ask for my order again and they can't find it. So finally after 41 minutes I ask for my money back and magically they find my order hiding on the shelf. Needless to say, I got my money back and left the cold food.
