  Horrible, waited so long for my order to be ready and kept being told only 10 more minutes while the employee were messing around flirting and touching each other in the kitchen then when I did receive my order I didn’t get what was ordered on top of that my order was missing ranches and sides and when I called for a refund they said they would only refund for 1 ranch only smh 👎🏻 0/10 customer service.

  They should have a flavor sampler because what we got was not good. We got three different flavors and they were not good. The guys were great just didn’t like the flavors.

  Place is absolutely garbage. Tried to give it a chance but they dud the same thing 6 orders in a row. I travel for work and go to many wing stops. This won is local to me. I order lemon pepper wings. They come plain every time. No seasoning, couple DROPS of sauce MAYBE. They either don't care or are trained to cut every corner. It's so disappointing. Never again.

  I gave it two stars because at least the chicken was cooked and the sauce was tasty. This was a flubbery skin chicken wing that almost seemed like it was boiled. If I owned an establishment that made one thing mine would be the best around. Really should be crispy.

  I really, really hate giving bad reviews to actively go out of my way to give five stars to every service I get but dang it.... I ordered from this place.Three chicken strips a meal, the chicken strips were so overcooked, they made my dogs.Milk bones look soft and tender, literally don't even wanna eat them, i asked for no seasoning on the fries.I got extra seasoning on the fries, i asked for a fruit punch.They gave me an orange soda..... I understand it's busy there. It's busy a lot of places, and I am very understanding of that, but it's like nobody read the order at all. I love wingstop, but this particular location every time I order.It's never right instructions are never followed. I've never had issues at any other wingstop locations but this one, there is always something wrong.
