Such amazing & speedy customer service!
This store is ridiculous. I got a po box for $541.00 per year which they said would work for my business mail and it didn’t so i went in the next day to cancel and returned the keys but they said no refund. I was even offering them to charge me for one or two months but they started ignoring my calls and i went there tree time to get an answer and obviously the person who can help me was not there. So here they are keeping my money for a service which was not provided. I wish they get in a similar situation like this.I will make sure everyone i know don’t take their business to this Ups. 👎🏼👎🏼

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service and Teamwork!
I had a wonderful experience at the UPS Store along Kettleman Lane in Lodi. I went in to have important documents sent, and from the moment I walked through the door, John greeted me right away with a warm smile. Raquel and Gabe also immediately offered their greetings, which made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
What truly stood out to me was how well the team worked together. A steady stream of customers came in while I was there, yet John, Raquel, and Gabe remained consistently cordial, courteous, and attentive to every single client. No one felt rushed or overlooked. Each team member showed great initiative, professionalism, and genuine care in helping customers.
It’s clear that this team has an excellent working relationship and strong teamwork, which makes a huge difference in the overall customer experience. Their positive attitude and efficiency reflect very well on this UPS Store location.

Gabe was absolutely amazing. He handled every part of my damaged package claim seamlessly and made the entire process stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting everything resolved the right way. Easily the best employee I’ve ever dealt with—any company would be lucky to have someone like him. I would hire Gabe without hesitation if I was local.
