    Amazing customer service at this location where they helped me fit an awkward sized item into a box for shipping. They went the extra mile to assist me so I would not have to pay double for an oversized box. I greatly appreciated the time they took to help me.

    Rudest staff ever. I have tried on 3 separate occasions to mail items from here and each time the employees are extremely rude. It’s worth it to me to drive to the Lincoln Center location in Stockton to mail items from. They are always so friendly, helpful, and professional!

    I found the atmosphere at this location to be quite unwelcoming, with a notable lack of friendly or helpful service. For a much better customer experience, I highly recommend taking the extra time to drive to the UPS Store on Kettleman Lane instead.
