I am requesting a full refund for Order #20015 from Wingstop #634 on 05/30/2026.
I live in Fremont and stopped at this location on my way home specifically to pick up dinner. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst Wingstop order I have ever received. Had I not already driven all the way home, I would have returned to the store that same night to request a refund in person.
The Garlic Parmesan wings had little to no Garlic Parmesan flavor and were seasoned very unevenly. The Lemon Pepper wings were extremely salty—far beyond what would be considered normal—and were difficult to eat. The seasoning was inconsistent throughout the order, and the overall quality was unacceptable.
I have ordered Wingstop many times from different locations and know how these flavors are supposed to taste. This order was not prepared according to the standards customers expect from the Wingstop brand. The flavor profiles were incorrect, the seasoning was poorly applied, and the food did not resemble the quality or consistency that Wingstop is known for. This was not simply a matter of personal preference; the food was prepared in a way that fell below normal Wingstop standards.
I have attached photographs of the food and receipt. Based on the condition and quality of the order, I am requesting a full refund of $36.78.
I am disappointed because I went out of my way to stop at this location while traveling home to Fremont, only to receive an order that was not representative of the Wingstop experience. If this matter cannot be resolved directly, I will pursue a charge dispute with my card issuer and provide the receipt, photographs, and details of the food quality issues.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution and confirmation that a full refund has been issued.
Thank you.
