  By far my favorite UPS location I've ever been to. The people that I've interacted with here are so friendly and easy to work with.

  I come to this establishment frequently, the staff that work the morning shift are always so pleasant amd welcoming. If you forget to tape a box, or need to use a pen to correct the address there is never an issue. Today I went in and I was met by Raj, I was shipping off two packages both were sealed but I noticed that one needed a little extra support for the tape so I asked him if I could have one strip os tape to help to support my box, he tells me no I would have to purchase the tape! I explain to him that the workers that work in the morning are always very helpful when it comes to small things like this and I would not need a full roll of tape to secure the corner of my package. He became rude and told me I would have to purchase the tape or I would have to ship the package as is! The inconsiderate tone and actions by him were unacceptable and if this is store policy it should be practice across the entire store and not just by the "manager" !! The one star is for Raj! The other employees are outstanding!!

  The gentleman with the long hair and beard is always helpful and polite. Sorry I didn’t make note of his name but he’s always pleasant to deal with.
