I had a very unpleasant experience at this UPS Store. I received a call informing me that my returned package was ready for pickup. When I arrived and waited in line, I explained the situation to an employee, but she immediately told me they didn’t have my package and suggested it might be at another location. Instead of checking properly, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Fortunately, another employee stepped in, located my package, and handed it to me. I appreciate the second employee’s assistance, but the initial interaction was frustrating and unprofessional. Customer service should be much better than this.

Very impressed. I called them in the phone first and they answered what I needed. I came into the store and it got busy right when I walked in. I was helped immediately by someone who was training, but you could hardly tell they were training because they were so efficient. They helped all the business quick and when there was no one but me instead of hanging around they were tidying up, helping online clients, etc. Great environment and great service.
