  They need to keep it open it until 3 pm. They locked the doors and there are people inside at 1.30 pm.

  I had a very important shipment and Gary Gurwinder of The UPS Store, Livermore went above and beyond, making sure that our businesses-critical, delicate office computer was packed extremely well with bubble wrap and layers of foam securely for overnight delivery to the East Coast. It was also around New Year's and he was helpful and advised me about shipping times because of the holiday shutdown. It was very important that this computer arrived safely and without damage and arrived exactly on time, ready to be set up and keep our business running. We needed to ship this at the last minute, to avoid downtime for our business so I called ahead, was helped by Gary and also arrived close to his closing time, so I extra appreciate the effort and courtesy and professionalism he showed. I know a lot of people would just be ready to go home. Gary was a super star, double checked times, and communicated with the driver who was also super helpful and took my box by hand to the truck, to be extra sure it all arrived as planned. Thanks Gary! Will recommend you and your UPS store to anyone. Keri

  Absolute joke. Take your business elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional, sincerely rude and foul. Never in livermore have I come across such a rotten business.
