Rude and unprofessional staff. They were closed randomly on a Sunday for Mother’s Day with no notice online or at the door, is this how you run a business? One of staff member asked me to use any bag to package the items and when I returned with a bag, the woman at the desk called it a garbage bag, which my bag was not. They did not even apologize for being closed or being unable to accept the items per the return requirements. I felt insulted and embarrassed and will try my best never to visit this store again.
DO NOT GET PASSPORT PHOTOS HERE. I paid over $110 for passport photos that were completely unusable. After realizing the quality was terrible and the price was significantly higher than other UPS locations (which was confirmed by Las Gatos branch who advised me to get a refund), I went back to this Livermore location to return them.
The store manager, Khushbhu, flat-out refused to issue a refund for the defective product. Instead, she offered a retake. Unbelievably, the digital retakes she provided were shot against a GREY background. Anyone providing passport services should know that the U.S. State Department strictly requires a plain white or off-white background. A grey background guarantees a passport application will be rejected.
Because of their incompetence and the manager's refusal to refund a clearly defective service, my official paperwork is delayed, and I’ve wasted multiple trips. Save your money, time, and peace of mind, go somewhere else for your passport needs.

I am writing this review to warn other customers about a very serious issue I experienced at this UPS Store.
I returned an AT&T modem here using an official AT&T return label. The staff accepted the equipment and provided me with an AT&T Equipment Return Receipt, assuring me that this receipt was sufficient and no additional documentation was required.
More than one month later, AT&T informed me that they never received the modem and that I may be charged up to $239. When checking the UPS tracking number, the status still shows “Label Created,” which indicates that the package never left this store or was never scanned into the UPS system.
I followed all instructions correctly. The issue clearly occurred after the equipment was accepted by this UPS Store. This situation has caused financial stress and has prevented me from properly closing my AT&T account.
Additionally, during multiple visits, I observed aggressive and unprofessional behavior from staff members. Other Google reviews suggest this is not an isolated incident.
Please note that I have already initiated formal complaints and legal procedures regarding this matter, and the process is ongoing.

I used to return the amazon item here and it's fast and convenient. But I use the shipping for some paper documents, they charge 70$ for ups and they do offer usps. The cheapest one is 50$. Additionaly, they charge me 6$ for a bubble envelop. Because they don't have larger usps envelop. The 50$ is just for priorty mail, not express! Definitely over priced!! Don't choose shipping from this store!!!

My mom recently sent an expensive Christmas snow globe train home to NY. Paid an extra $25 for them to package it. It arrived just placed inside of another box with no padding/peanuts inside, and no fragile label on the outside. I use this place all the time, but have never paid for them to package something. So disappointing.
