Make sure not to order here, the sandwiches they gave us were basically empty and not toasted even though I ordered it to be toasted on the app. They also refused to remake the sandwich.
One of the worst customer service experience. Only 1 lady working. No one is in the store. I placed an online order for pick up. Get there a little early. Showed her I paid and the location. She refused to make the sub. Common sense sometimes is needed. Ridiculous service. No wonder why this subway is for sale. Don't know how to run it

This was nothing like the sandwiches I’ve had at other locations — and I’ve tried many. This is honestly the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review because of how disappointed I am. I usually don’t leave reviews.
The foot-long chicken sandwich had barely any chicken - just the skimpiest plain white-bread- yet I was charged for 20$. I was carrying an infant, received no courtesy, and wasn’t even given a receipt. The quality and service were extremely frustrating and far below expectations. There is no option to zero rating.
This Subway was actually really good. The place was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was solid. The worker was chill, didn’t rush me, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted. Everything tasted great and came out quick. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

I’ve tried going here multiple times around 7:45 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and every time they’ve been closed! The one time they were open, the service wasn’t great. The staff was stingy with putting veggies on my sandwich. I only get four items from the vegetable section aside from cheese and dressing, and when I asked for extra olives, I was charged for it.
