  I would put 0 stars if the system allows it. This Subway was located in San Francisco Premium Outlet by Simon foodcourt, and when I parked in the premium spot, the mall gave a flyer for 15% discount total order for Subway. When I placed the order, I mentioned this, and they said they would honor it. When I paid, the cashier rushed through the payment (with a rude attitude) and said that they gave me the discount already. Upon checking my receipt, the discount was never applied, and when I inquired about this, they said they gave the discount to one item. However, they didn't even do that. I explained that the flyer mentioned for the total order, but they said, NO. This practice is unacceptable. It's ruining the Subway brand and the mall that promotes the discount. Stay away from this establishment.

  Horrible customer service! They messed up my son's order and would not fixed it. The server didn't speak clearly and said it's not their problem. We even asked the manager and he still said it wasn't their problem.
