  I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received at Subway in Livermore. I frequently travel through this area on my way to and from the Central Valley, and experiences like this are exactly why I’ll continue stopping here. Pam provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. In a world where great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, it was truly refreshing to be greeted by someone who clearly takes pride in her work and treats customers with such respect and care. The restaurant was welcoming, my order was prepared perfectly, and the entire experience left a lasting impression. Employees like Pam make a real difference and deserve recognition for the positive impact they have on customers’ days. Thank you, Pam, for your kindness and professionalism. It’s refreshing to see genuinely good people still out there, and because of your excellent service, I’ll be looking forward to stopping by again whenever I’m passing through Livermore.

  Today, May 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM, we came to buy our lunch. The young woman who served us was very distracted by her phone and had a poor attitude; she made gestures of displeasure, as if our presence there annoyed her. It was a bad service experience.
