  **Disappointed With My Experience** This is my second disappointing experience at this Subway location in one week. The first time, I placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes after arriving to receive it i mentioned it to her and she said “I know mam there’s only two of us there’s only so much we can do. I also work at a restaurant and I understand rush hour but they were attending customers walking in before making my order after I mentioned I had placed an online order. I decided to give them another chance today, but unfortunately had another issue. I ordered my BMT on Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, but received white bread instead. No one let me know they were out of the bread I selected, and I didn’t notice until I had already left and was about 15 minutes away. On top of that, my BMT was missing the pepperoni. I understand mistakes happen, but customers should be informed when something they ordered isn’t available, especially when it changes the order. I hope the location can improve communication and double-check orders before handing them to customers.
