  I went into Cricket today to try and get a new line for my kid and switch phones. It was such a pleasant transaction. First, as soon as those doors opened I was warmly greeted by both employees Adam and Roxy. They reassured me they would help me momentarily. I was checking out the iPhones as I have not upgraded since I upgraded my LG Note to an IPhone 11 years ago. Roxy called me over as Adam was attending another customer. She was able to assist me in sorting my lines and getting everything situated. I’m so happy there was a change in management because this was such a pleasant experience. It’s always so nerve wrecking tryna purchase a big price item but both Adam and Roxy did good by me. Roxy was very welcoming, had great customer service towards me and the other clients in office, she was very personable and made the whole experience lovely. I appreciated Adam as well, he truly knows how to make customers feel valued and appreciated. Not just based on my experience but I saw him helping the others customers that came in, some with limited English and he still went above and beyond to ensure the customer was taken care of. I will definitely be sending everyone here for their phone lines. Roxy and Adam were GREAT! Thank you so much!!!! Love my phone and the extras ;)
