Went to Wingstop for wings and accidentally entered an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.
Katana stayed rude the entire time toward me and my daughter, She kept making faces at my daughter and my daughter happens to be Asian it felt pretty racist ,Meanwhile Katana in the back talking to another employee they were loudly discussing bathroom problems and “having the runs” in front of customers while people were trying to eat 😭
Food was great but the customer service felt like we owed THEM money. 0/10 atmosphere. Lemon pepper wings shouldn’t come with emotional damage.

They all hide in the back of the house to not take my order so I left just order them out to you it’s not worth it

There is just always something when ordering here. My order is wrong or hasn’t been started when I come to pick up. Deliveries take forever and are wrong. Show up 10-20 mins after ordering and wait 20 more mins. Then the food you do get is either undercooked/overcooked, not enough sauce, etc. I don’t know if I’m just unlucky or this place just has serious issues. I hate to drive all the way to Roseville for Buffalo Wild Wings but I can’t deal with this place anymore.
