  This UPS store has given fantastic customer service since using them the past few months. They have been very kind, polite, and eager to help, and have made my experience there a lot better than expected. I hope they feel the same love in return from our Lincoln community!!

  I would always go to the UPS store in Lincoln but will not going forward. I don't know what happened to the good stuff but there is a one guy in particular tall blonde hair who constantly charges you for things before you say you want them. I was also told that I would be charged a dollar per stamp and Safeway told me the legal amount that they can charge is $.78. charged me $6 for an envelope a decorative envelope and put my stuff in it and sealed it before I was told how much it cost I end up throwing that stupid thing away when I went to the post office. Today I told him I needed a box and I know they have plenty of boxes that they talked but he told me I needed to buy a $4 envelope. Amazon expressly said they needed it to be put in a box. No thank you there's enough stress in the world today I don't need to get it from my UPS store. I have had other UPS stores stick the label on I have and give me a free box. It's too bad because that was my favorite place to go all those other young employees were so nice
