  First off, I’m not the type of person to write negative reviews, but I was so bothered that I feel I have to. I went in the store with a huge box a few days ago right before closing time, and was faced with two rude young customer service representatives. I was in shock because I have been there many times before, and not felt so uncomfortable. It almost seemed as if they were irritated because I got there right before closing time. As I waited for another customer to leave, one of the girls, who was not helping a customer, told me to wait for the one who was. Once the customer left, the one I was waiting for just stared at me with annoyance. She did not ask or say anything until I asked her what I needed to do. She responded rudely by saying , “Well it has a label on it, doesn’t it?” and I responded with a yes. She did not proceed towards the box to scan it. To avoid confrontation, I left the store and don’t know if she did. Because of this, I need to find another store to return items from now on. I am very disappointed.

  The sales associate was extremely helpful, professional, and patient while assisting me. She took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions and made sure everything was completed correctly. The entire experience was smooth, efficient and stress-free. The service at this location is top-tier, and everyone is very friendly.

  Great customer service, efficient wait times, and offered additional products they thought I may need. Made sure my shipping was handled well, no delays, or unexpected costs. Will be back for printing needs in the near future.

  Every here is very nice but I came in last week and asked the black employee if she spoke Spanish and she said to the other girl does it look like I speak Spanish and I don’t think that’s very professional. The other girl that talked Spanish helped me she was very nice. The other girl is always just rude sitting down on her phone
