  I’ve been coming to this Subway for a while, and I can honestly say that what keeps me coming back is not just the food, but the people. The owner is always friendly and welcoming, and you can tell that ahe genuinely cares about his customers and the way the restaurant is run. The staff is also very kind and attentive, which makes each visit a pleasant experience. I especially want to mention Maria. She is always so friendly, patient, and helpful. She remembers customers, takes the time to make sure everything is done the way you want it, and always has a positive attitude. Her customer service really makes a difference.

  This vegetables were not fresh, looked like it had been sitting all night, I went there around 11 am. I will stick to the Subway on 12th and K.

  Great place to stop and eat! The staff is super friendly, and they’re quick at preparing the sandwiches. Everything was fresh, and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely come back!

  Absolutely AMAZING customer service at Subway! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. My order was made perfectly, everything was fresh, and the service was fast and professional. It’s rare to come across such great customer service these days, and this team really stood out! I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this Subway to anyone looking for great food and even better service!

  Went in today, had a horrible experience. For starters, Ashley was rude , she asked myself and a Hispanic gentleman if we were picking up , he said no, i said yes and she proceeded to ignore me and continue what she was doing. She never acknowledged that i needed help with my pick-up or anything. Very discriminative behavior. When I asked the manager (older Indian woman) about reporting my experience , she didn’t want to walk me through how to report it to subway corporate office. She instructed me to post here.On top of everything else my order was wrong , so i got back to work , only to realize my order was wrong. No lunch for me today. Imagine.
