  I ordered my food through the kiosk. They served everyone who came in after me and didn’t even start my order. When I asked. When will they start my order Raul said after everyone else. I went to McDonald’s and came back and my order still wasn’t done. Raul then asked to fight me because I said I didn’t know they could talk to customers that way.

  On the evening of May 29th, 2026, I sought assistance regarding an order placement that required location input via your mobile application. As I was unable to locate this functionality within the app, I visited the establishment in person for support. During my visit, I interacted with two employees: a shorter, older gentleman with gray hair, and a slightly heavier-set female with darker hair. They appeared to be working together, as I have observed them on two previous occasions, neither of which resulted in a satisfactory experience. Upon inquiring about assistance with the application, the male employee stated he was unfamiliar with its operation, while the female employee attributed the issue to corporate policy. My concern is that, given their employment, proficiency with the company's operational tools, such as the mobile application, should be a fundamental expectation. The demeanor exhibited by both employees suggested a lack of willingness to assist, accompanied by what I perceived as unhelpful remarks. I request that this feedback be brought to the attention of corporate management, as it reflects on the standard of employee service and knowledge provided by your organization.

  Arrived around 11ish, there were a few people down the line already so I thought it would a while. There were customers being rude to staff but surprisingly staff were very professional and were able to get the line to move along. I was able to get my order in and out and staff were very nice. Quick and efficient

  Night staff are very attentive and friendly! Passed by and it was the only thing open after a long shift and just wanted something quick. One of the ladies working was very friendly and made my order quick! Definitely a good night spot if you’re looking for something fast.

  Had a really great experience at Subway. The staff was friendly, especially Elizabeth, Grecia and I believe his name was Raul, fast, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. Everything tasted fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent even during a busy time. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back again!
