  The lady is always nice but they’re always closed and I have a small business that requires using FedEx. I mean change your hours on Google to say you’re closed for lunch and be consistent with it. I’ve stopped by 3 days in a row different times and it’s closed for lunch. Ugh WTH

  Terrible personal. Send mail several time, 3 times try to charge for nothing. Liers, the dimensions and weight were stated correctly—even with a margin to spare—yet they claim they do not match.

  The front desk experience was very disappointing. The employee assisting me was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She avoided eye contact and repeatedly asked me to “hold on” while texting on her phone during the middle of our transaction. I initially tried to be patient and give her the benefit of the doubt, but the lack of attentiveness made the experience frustrating. Unfortunately, she was not wearing a name tag, so I was unable to identify her. I ended up just leaving the store without getting what I needed done.

  As expected, printed my stuff with no issues. A little pricey but I don't want to spend the hundreds for a decent printer.
