  The red headed girl at this UPS Store is so good and so fast. All of the associates are genuinely nice and friendly

  Honestly extremely rude. I got there before closing, waited and was told that they had already closed the registers and a box could not be sold to me to ship my items. They close at 6:30pm so the fact that registers were already counted and done is so unprofessional. I do my best to make things easier by printing my own label and I usually have items boxed and taped, ready to go however I ran out and this is how I was treated? Rude and no ounce of being apologetic.

  Came in only to be greeted by two gen Z employees who have very little clue about customer service. Not informative about shipping at all.

  Please educate your workers on basic etiquette. When you greet a customer and ask how you can help them - let them finish their sentence before you speak over them and proceed with a dismissive attitude. Unwelcoming and rude.
