  Jennifer at the FedEx in Lakewood, CA is truly one of a kind. We came in during one of the most difficult times of our lives and Jennifer met us right where we were. She was patient, kind, and completely understanding never making us feel rushed or like a burden. She took the time to listen, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everything would look absolutely amazing when we simply didn't have the bandwidth to figure it out ourselves. She went above and beyond in every sense of the word…generous with her time, her effort, and her heart. She is the kind of person who holds an entire store together, and it shows. Walking in during such a hard moment and being met with that level of genuine care made all the difference in the world for us. Jennifer deserves every bit of recognition FedEx can give her. Promote her, celebrate her, do something because she is the reason people like us become lifelong customers. She doesn't just represent FedEx well; she makes FedEx look exceptional. We are so grateful for her. Truly Heaven sent.

  Came here to grab my package and didn’t have my ID so I requested to speak to the manager to see what other document I can provide to get my package and she looked over while sitting on her computer saying “I’ll be there in 5 minutes” then 5 minutes comes around and she asks the employee “did you need help” and she said “she wants to speak to you” then resumes to say “a few more minutes” Officially annoyed and I ended up leaving. They told me they would leave my package on hold so I’m praying it’s there tomorrow before it gets released 🙏🙏🙏 I pick up packages for my work and I have to drive 20-30 minutes out of my way to get my deliveries 😔 Never try to talk to that manager bc she will be on her computer and then ask you “did you need help” and then say she needs more minutes like GIRL YOURE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

  Before 2012 probably, my grandma👵, siblings, and I, walked🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️in and out. The day was sunny and in the afternoon. Also I seen that she was having her thing in her hands looked at. The thing in her hands looked like it were probably papers📃. I seen that she probably gave them to the associates talking to her. And the papers📃were probably given to the associates to do something with them but probably my grandma👵got the papers📃she gave to them. Utuone and Andrew were with me while that happened.
