  The machine that takes your packages rules all. If you've already printed your label at home, you can just scan it and drop it off. Plenty of parking. I ship from here all the time. The people are all knowledgeable and friendly as well.

  I had a wonderful experience at FedEx Office today, thanks to Rita who went above and beyond to help me. I was having trouble getting two flyers printed, and she took the time to help me work through the issue. She was patient, kind, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of. The flyers came out beautifully, and I couldn't have been happier with the final result. Customer service like this makes a difference. Rita absolutely deserves recognition for how she treated me today. She is a wonderful representative of FedEx Office, and I am very grateful for her help. Thank you for going the extra mile, Rita!

  Really friendly and efficient service. I placed a printing order at noon-ish on a Sunday for my daughter’s school project. I was given 5pm estimated pick up time; my fault for doing it last minute. I called to see if they’d rush it since it’s only 1 letter sized page. The gentleman answering the phone nicely explained that they’re backed up while short staffed but would try their best to accommodate. I got a call at 2pm notifying me that the order was ready! The pick up process was a breeze too. I sent my 4th grader inside to pick it up herself (I creeped in the background lol) and we were in and out in less than 5 mins. The printing quality exceeded my expectation and they even put it in a nice little box for her. For less than $1, will use their service again in the future. Highly recommend.
