  Sure it's a small place - can fit about 6 or so people. Have never felt unwelcomed and the people there have never been rude to me. I go here for lunch from time to time since I work at the school district nearby. If all you want is a good meal and quick service stop by here. Note that rush hours can cause delays just like any other place. A line larger than 10 people wont take long but keep in mind that if you want special treatment and start demanding things as if you were in more of a rush than others a look or glare can happen no matter where you go. Being rude might be a reflection of one's attitude. Please treat others the way you'd want to be treated.

  I have a really bad allergy to canola oil and told the cashier as she was ringing me up. No one from the store mentioned anything about there Olive oil being mixed with Canola oil till I asked for the extra packets. Thank goodness I read and found out after 2 bites of the salad. Thank goodness I have a pill that removes the toxin from my system. They refused to refund any cash or gift card that my child could have used. The store manager Donna was absolutely rude. I placed a call to corp customer service and will see what the owner has to say.
