  Been coming here for years,Sean is the best,great customer service and professionalism with a smile.We come here for our UPS needs but come to find out they do Amazon returns also,we had no idea so instead of driving all the way to Whole Foods in Irvine we can do everything here.Thanks Sean for taking care of our community.

  This is hands down the best UPS Store in the local area — I’ve been doing e-commerce for years now & i’ve never frequented a location where every single employee is SO knowledgeable, efficient & helpful, yet they all consistently show so much kindness & patience to everyone who comes in. Earlier this year, i switched my P.O box to this location & it truly has been such an easy & enjoyable experience here. After dealing with multiple incidents at the UPS Store in Woodbury (Irvine Blvd) that were SO manipulative & unprofessional, this Trabuco location is such a breath of fresh air 😭🩷 Special thanks to Mel, Erika & Danielle who constantly go out of their way to assist me when i come in. These girls go above & beyond for me & I am so so grateful to have found this location :’)

  I used to live near Lake Forest and this location was my go-to UPS store. I've always had good experiences with their services but I decided to finally write a review because today's service was exceptional. I was waiting in line today to return an Amazon package and when it was my turn the lady behind the counter named Danielle actually walked me over to the self-service kiosk that I didn't even know existed. She patiently walked me through the process of using the kiosk and said that I could skip the line next time if I had a return that could be scanned using provided QR codes. But she also emphasized that anyone behind the counter would also be happy to help and that I should not feel that self-service was my only option. She was very friendly, informative, and overall just a great human being. Made my errand very easy and stress-free.

  Went yesterday and Danielle was like a breath of fresh air on a very hot day. The store is tiny, and usually very busy with lines out the door, but the employees always do whatever they can to process everyone as quickly as possible. Even though they are literally sweating, they always have a wonderful attitude and go above and beyond. There is a kiosk for amazon returns to help with the line, but that area can back up into the line for the employees. Be prepared to usually wait, but know you are in go hands and it will go quickly.

  I use to go to the UPS off El Toro but ever since stopping by and experiencing Danielle customer service I have gone back. This is now my main UPS store from here on out. I love the friendly conversation I have with Danielle she really makes me feel at home. I use to dread making stops at UPS but now im excited to go. I even noticed I started to ship out more mail just to stop by at this location. I love UPS now. If you’re reading this stop by this location, and experience what I have. You won’t regret it.
