  The gals at this UPS store are incredible! I drop my Amazon returns off here regularly and they are fast and friendly. Danielle is super friendly and helpful. They all are! It is a well oiled machine and they go out of their way to help.

  The customer service provided by Danielle at this UPS Store was phenomenal! I had several Amazon returns and she was so nice and patient with me, even though I arrived a few minutes before closing ( I thought they closed at 7 PM, but they close at 6:30 PM on weekdays). Danielle helped me locate my return QR codes and match my items and was overall such a sweetheart. I’ve come in to this location for other shipping needs and the staff here is always so nice. Parking in front of the store is limited, but there is a lot of available parking around the shopping center.

  I had a great experience at this UPS location! Danielle was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I came in pretty late and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get my package out today, but she went above and beyond to help me get everything ready quickly and made sure my package caught the last UPS pickup of the day. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the extra effort. They genuinely saved my day. Thank you so much!

  I ended up at the Lake Forest UPS Store after having to leave the Foothill Ranch store because the owner there was so rude and unprofessional. This was the next closest store. I walked in and was immedietley happily greeted by Danielle and her coworker. Danielle was so kind and helpfull and really turned an unpleasant experience at the store up the street into a very pleasant expericnce overall. I will come back to this store for all of my future shipping needs! It's just down the hill from Foothill Ranch and I would much rather patronize businesses with happy, kind people like Danielle!

  Extremely unprofessional customer service at this location. I came in 9/23/26 around 5:40 PM with my toddler to complete a time-sensitive Amazon drop-off. I was told today's pickup had passed and it would go out tomorrow. When I asked basic clarifying questions about my options, the associate was evasive and uncooperative. Instead of answering, she repeatedly told me to "calm down" and walked away mid-transaction without confirming if my package was complete, leaving me waiting unnecessarily while moving on to other customers. Another employee eventually stepped in to confirm that my drop-off was already finalized. As I was walking out, I overheard the original associate loudly making disrespectful and disparaging remarks about me to other customers waiting in line. When I walked back in to confront the fact that I heard those remarks and requested her name to file a manager complaint, she refused to identify herself and threatened to call the police, falsely claiming I was "threatening" her simply for asking for standard employee identification. Dismissive service, public bad-mouthing, and refusing basic employee identification are completely unacceptable. I request that management review the store logs and security footage from this time to address this associate's conduct. I will go out of my way to avoid The UPS Store on Trabuco Rd in the future. I have noted other nearby locations, such as The UPS Store on Muirlands Blvd, have demonstrably better customer service as it should be.
