  This review is for Ryan. I just want to thank you again for your help and patience. My wife had bought some things, clothing, some nuts and other things to send to her sister in Germany. After a good 15 min reviewing and inputting our info in the system, my wife decided to cancel the order, shipment was over $400, without hesitation or changing his demeanor or attitude, Ryan said yeah sure. A min later, my wife decided to just go with the purchase, at that point , everything had been deleted, but Ryan started the process all over again. We just want to thank Ryan again for his help, patience, professionalism, what a good soul he was, very respectful. Want to also thank his manager, Tracy (I hope I spelled that right) she was helping too, and was too a very patient person. UPS have a right crew at this location. Thank you Ryan for everything 🙏

  Dear manager of the Grape Street UPS store, there is one job there that I would be superb at and that is respond to a few of these negative comments. You have such a great store and helpful staff so there are very few negative comments Please let me at them. I was born to set these people straight. For what you guys have to put up with. I can't even generate a simple return slip without one of you having to walk me through the process. Okay don't pay me, I'll do it for free. Just let me respond to one or two negative comments in the morning. It would revitalize my health. There would be a noticeable spring in my step. I would whistle while I evicerated these entitled mouth breathers. Alright alright I'll pay you, 10 dollars an hour that's as high as I'll go.

  Tried setting up a mailbox here. First they tell me that they need two forms of ID. Fine. I go and get my passport, and come back an hour later. Then they turn me away saying that the address on my ID has to be my current street address. I don't have a current street address as I am off grid. They said that it's because USPS needs it. BS. I went to PostAnnex 5 mins away, and they set me up with no issues.

  Terrible service Long line 3 people doing projects nobody Helping the people in line for atleast 15 minutes. Ridiculous
