  This location always has the friendliest staff! They’re always very polite, they greet all customers with big smiles and are very helpful! They go above and beyond to help customers, and although I live in Dana point, I prefer to drive a little bit further to this location because of their staff! The manager went above and beyond to help me when I had an issue that was out of their control. Could not recommend this location and this staff more!! Kudos to them - great job!

  The two women helping me today went above and beyond. Shipping is so expensive these days! They spent a great deal of time helping me figure out how to modify the size of my item, package and ship it to Ohio. They saved me a significant amount of money and provided great customer service.

  Poor experience trying to ship a parcel, all measurements were rounded up, the height by 50 percent. Very unconvincing answers given when asked why everything was rounded up so high. Not recommended but if this is your local store, double check the measurements.

  I have never, ever had such great customer service printing something. I was scrambling to get some stickers printed for my daughter’s school project and these guys helped me get it right. They were the most helpful experience I’ve ever had tying to print anything ever. My daughter thanks you store1329
