  I’ve been visiting this UPS Store in Laguna Niguel for a long time, and the experience has always been excellent. The employees are incredibly helpful, patient, honest, and supportive. Their positive energy makes every visit pleasant, even on stressful days. Truly one of the best UPS Store locations I’ve experienced. I have also noticed that the team is willing to help even when a request requires additional explanation or assistance. They never make customers feel uncomfortable for asking questions, and they communicate in a way that is easy to understand.

  I mistakenly took my FedEx package to them to ship. They refused stating that they are not FedEx and laughed at me in their language. I simple friendly would have been find. What are bunch of jerks.
