  Charged me $331 to send two pieces of paper. I needed them delivered a certain day and time so that’s what I paid for. Papers arrived four days late. I was told I won’t get a refund as weather caused the delay however weather caused the plane to take off a little later than planned… as happens every day. The papers still landed at location the same day. Then what happened was the papers sat in a UPS warehouse for 3 days. The guy on the phone at this location who I spoke to was absolutely belligerent, speaking over me, I couldn’t even get a word in. He said he’d email me “proof” that I shouldn’t get a refund and then never did. He was literally shouting down the phone at me. Most bizarre customer service experience I have ever had. Complaining publicaly on social media now and family have shut their business accounts with UPS. Jaws literally on the floor for everyone listening to the conversation. Go literally anywhere else for your mail. Seriously, literally anywhere else. You do not want to deal with these people.

  Do not go here if you were gonna have to use Wi-Fi for anything!They have Wi-Fi, but it’s so weak that I couldn’t even get onto Amazon to get the information necessary in order to ship my package back. Poor Business decision to have such cheap Wi-Fi!
