  First thing was David greeting me! Wow I haven’t had that before in a fed ex office! What a great experience and this was my first time here! I was doing an Amazon return and even tho I did not purchase anything he still was super kind and helpful. I will be choosing this location to do all my shipping needs just because of the excellent customer service I received today from David! Thank you so much for starting my work day with kindness! Thank you David! Your enthusiasm and smile went a long way today!

  Cat was simply outstanding. She’s a great ambassador for your location. She taught me how to use the machines for scanning, copying and emailing. She helped me when the images were too big and she showed me what to do. I had two very important documents to handle quickly. Now I feel confident using the machines by myself.

  Lost my package, which was a work laptop i needed to ship back to receive my severance. Using fedex costed me thousands and thousands of dollars.
