  1 Star ⭐ Terrible experience and total waste of money and time. I signed up for a family plan, paying all subscription and activation fees, but there is zero signal inside my home. Having a working phone is vital for me as I receive crucial phone calls for my medical appointments and financial matters. Missing these calls causes severe distress and monetary loss. When I went to complain, instead of taking responsibility and passing the issue to management, they nonchalantly told me to "come back tomorrow to talk to the manager." I shouldn't have to waste my time and commute to their store just to explain a simple coverage issue—they have my address and all account details right in their system! If I switch carriers, I lose all the money I just paid. Extremely poor customer service and zero accountability.
