Customer service very bad especially the owner
It’s Subway—you pretty much know exactly what you’re getting. It’s incredibly convenient for a quick lunch, and I always appreciate being able to customize my sandwich exactly how I want it right in front of me. The bread at this location was soft and tasted fresh, which is always a plus.
However, it’s hard to ignore that the prices seem to keep creeping up while the portions of meat and cheese feel like they are shrinking. I had to ask for extra veggies just to make the sub feel like a full meal. The service was okay, but the staff seemed a little rushed and the counter could have been cleaner.
Overall, it’s a perfectly fine option if you’re in a hurry and need a fast bite, but it’s definitely nothing spectacular.

My husband and I stopped by this Subway to order sandwiches, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we walked in, the restaurant was empty, yet we waited over five minutes before an employee came out from the back to acknowledge us.
When the employee, Nicole, finally came to help us, she did not greet us and seemed to have an attitude while taking our order. Throughout the entire process, she was on her phone having a conversation in Spanish instead of focusing on customer service.
To make matters worse, our food was served cold. We expect friendly service and fresh food when visiting a restaurant, but neither was provided during this visit. Overall, this was a very poor customer experience, and I hope management addresses these issues.

This place is disgusting! The bread is already over cooked before toasting and all the veggies are frozen!!! This was a waste of money! Yuck! Bland soggy veggies on cardboard hard bread! Super disappointing
This is a place you want to give less than a star.
I barely walked through the door before the guy behind the counter gave me the stink eye. Don't know if it's because I'm blue collar or a minority but this is Subway for Christ's sake.
He was working on sandwiches for two customers when the first words out of his mouth at me where "what are you doing?"
I was headed toward what I assumed was the start of the line while looking around for a restroom to wash my hands. You know, the things we use to eat sandwiches?
When I explained, he dismissively scoffed that this location had no restrooms.
I walked out and went to McDonalds. Anywhere would have been better than here.
