    I got to this ups at 5:58 on Mon 6/15/26 and the workers saw me because I parked my car upfront and they were opening the LOCKED door (mind you it’s 5:58) for another customer at the same time. I couldn’t find my tape it had slid under my seat so by the time I taped my last packed it was 6:01. I was able to walk in since the lady was walking out at the same time and the male worker stopped me and said they were closed. I was explaining I was already here i just needed to tape something and if they could help me out but then the blonde girl worker chimed in and said they already shut the system down. The lady JUST walked out? So did you purposely shut it while watching me? Anyways, I then asked when it would be a good time to come. I am a healthcare worker working Mon-Sat and am off at 5:45 everyday. Traffic was good today and my ETA was 5:56 but that’s very rare. The male worker said they’re open on Sundays and I can come then. I just checked right now to see the hours on Sunday and it seems he lied to me to get rid of me. That was very unprofessional. I understand I did walk in 2 mins late but it seems they do lock the doors early anyways ready to refuse service. And you’re telling me you shut down the computers as soon as you saw me walking in or were they lying about that too. But the girl worker seemed in a rush to get to her boyfriends car right at 6:04 so that explains a lot! I understand it was my fault losing my tape but lying to a customer? Very unprofessional team here. I did file a complaint with UPS corporate as well.

    I love that there are so many services in one place. Also, the person who asked me what I needed was so polite and helpful and made sure I got the information I needed to complete my task there.

    My business partner and I had an issue with shipping back a return. Andre went above and beyond to help us as we dealt with resolving the problem. We have never received such great customer service!

    I have been coming to this location for printing and mailing needs for more than 2 years. I went to this ups a couple weeks ago and had a great experience. A woman tried to cut me in line and the manager advocated for me and made sure my spot in line was honored. Unnecessary but appreciated. However, my trip this time was much different. I had an attendant help me print some pages via email request. The attendant tried, but communication wasnt clear and the first print attempt wasnt what i asked for. No big deal, things happen, but i told him again what i wanted/how the print should look so we could try again and get it right. I also said id pay for the initial set of prints that came out incorrectly. The original attendant flagged the manager for help. The manager came over, gathered enough info to understand that the first attempt had gone wrong. Instead of asking more questions, offering to take over the task, or checking in with me to see what my needs were, the manager tried to dismiss me: "Okay well, we'll catch you another time". I told the manager I'd just wait so the issue could get resolved because i didnt have time to go to a different printing facility. Plus, ive printed the same template/file format at the la verne location a handful of times before, so I know it can/has been done. His reply was "well then you'll be waiting awhile'. I waited another 20 min before a second attempt print was made. The amount of time i waited doesnt bother me. The attitude that i deserve to wait or give up vs. helping me get the prints i needed was disappointing. I dont fault the original attendant who had been helping me. And in the end, the store didnt make me pay for the original set of error prints, which I appreciate. I will shop at ups stores still, there just wont be a "next time" at the La Verne store for me.
