  lady upfront with blonde hair has poor attitude and customer service. I’m a manager and i would never allow someone like that to work in my store, too busy playing with her hair she can’t treat customers with the same manners given to her.

  We’ve used this location several times for services including Amazon returns, copying services, and shipping smaller items without any issue. However, we recently used this location to ship my son’s custom gaming computer and when the computer arrived to its destination, it was damaged. We paid nearly $700 for a custom box, packing services, and shipping and were told that the computer and monitor would be packed tightly with packing paper to keep the computer and monitor from getting damaged during shipping. We also requested “Heavy” and “Fragile” stickers to be placed on the box for piece of mind. They never used packing paper in the box to prevent damage and they never put any of the “Heavy/Fragile” stickers on the package that I requested. The GPU was damaged beyond belief and we had to spend an additional $800 to replace it. I have submitted a claim with UPS, but haven’t heard back yet. Very disappointed in having paid the extra cost to have custom packing just for them to not do what they said they were going to do. Word of advice, if you want your stuff to get shipped without damage, package it all yourself and make sure you label things yourself. Or use a different shipping service/location altogether.

  This is my only UPS store.. Everyone in the store is always so nice and quick. I'm never in line long at all. I appreciate the store
