  I come here a lot for lunch during my lunch hour. I generally use coupons when I do. On Tuesday 9/15/26 I came and in and ordered my usual sandwich, unbeknownst to me my coupon for the sandwich expired the day before and I asked if they could still honor it since I come there all the time, literally twice a week or more. The manager hid behind the side wall and refused to come out and talk to me while instructing her employees to not allow the use of the coupon. Is this how local Subways deal with regular customers? Just beyond horrible service. On a side note, this location is ALWAYS dirty. They don't wipe down the tables or sweep and most of the time their lids are out near the soda fountain. As a regular customer of this place, I can say I will not be back. That manager is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic customer service and decency.

  “Associate was arguing with a customer loudly about her wanting a man to take care of her. Her tone with me was rude like I was bothering her. As I paid there was no thank you, no have a good day.” I had a very similar experience with this Subway location. Associate was arguing loudly about her schedule. Got upset and proceeded to forcefully help me. Didn’t cut my sub , very sloppy and messy . My sub was a mess . Attitude was rude and dismissive.

  Everybody here is always lovely. It’s Subway the quality is never great but the employees do their job is best as they can with what they are given😂
