  Francisco Sandoval helped our policy which at the time I had overlooked. At every instance, Francisco was calmed and asserted me would get the problem resolved, which he did. Going through a call center is something I dislike, as I like to deal directly with the office personnel. Francisco sent offered his office phone to where if I have a question or problem, he would directly be there to assist me without going through the call center. The transaction was much better than I expected it to be. We have been with Allstate for 55 yrs.

  I feel 100% protected and secure with the Fuentes Family Insurance via Allstate. Richard Gurrola is my agent and he is an amazing agent and makes me feel comfortable with everything . He is professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable and has answers to all my questions. I feel completely protected with the best coverage and customer service with him.
