  FedEx service is very bad compared to UPS. Hard to return packages, so many regulations reusing to take return packages. I’ve been to several locations, Now I am here at another location and their system is down. Never want to use FedEx again.

  Package had wrong address. Off by one digit. Had it held here. They would not release it because I don't have an ID with that address. 1. Address is business. Who had their business address on their ID? 2.the address is wrong. Showing the an ID with the right address didn't work cause it's not what is on the label.

  This use to be my go to for printing services and shipping but lately ive had several bad experiences. I will no longer be coming. Shame. Been coming here for years
