  No Customer Service whatsoever use any other UPS store even though UPS is not good at all for shipping but definitely don’t waste your time at this location. None of the employees ever actually want to work and when you call, they don’t even address the fact that it’s a UPS store so you literally would think you were calling the wrong place. Ridiculous treatment for customers!

  Just when you need to get a letter notarize the one and only person that has the stamp goes home early on a weekday when everybody comes out of work late evening yeah that makes business sense?!?…

  I had an Amazon return and I arrived when they were closing up. The clerk was nice enough to quickly take my return before she completely closed. She did not have to do this because I arrived 10 minutes after closing time. I really appreciated her help.
