Two people working, only one spoke English. The one that did helped a delivery guy dropping off a carbonated tank. He arrived after I came in. Everything I ask for, I didn’t get. He just didn’t understand. I asked if he sold the meatballs on the side. We got nowhere. I asked to speak to the gal. She then says no, you would have to buy a footlong sandwich to get the meatballs. That’s when I gave up and left with a sandwich which was less than par. Won’t go back again.

Great customer service. We were in a pinch for a subway platter for an event and the other subways said they wouldn't be able to do it and needed 24 hour notice. Chris hooked us up getting exactly what we needed. Above and beyond.

I used to get very friendly service here, so I'd go here at least once per week. Now the servers talk to each other, and other customers, in Spanish while serving you, often making them forget what you just told them. Kind of rude. This has happened on my last two visits. Don't worry Subway Corporation. I love your products and there's another Subway just a little farther away that I'll patronize instead.
