    Hands down the best Subway experience I've had! The staff is personable and clearly cares about customer satisfaction. My sub was incredible. This place has a new loyal customer!

    Wow. Yesterday I placed an order for four sandwiches. 3 out of 4 were correct, but the lettuce was completely rotten! Which is completely dangerous by the way! And the amount of mayonnaise they put on the sandwiches you couldn’t even eat them. For the fourth sandwich, it was supposed to be a sweet onion chicken teriyaki. She made it as if it was a cold, cut turkey? The biggest glob of mayonnaise, which I never asked for on my sweet chicken teriyaki because who does! So we go in and let them know. Hey, we contacted Subway through the app they let us know it’s owned by third-party and on the receipt. It literally says let’s make this right you can call which we did. No one returned our call come in or email we emailed somebody and they said come in for your refund or a sandwich remake that is what we did! The man behind the counter said oh no, we will never do a refund or a remake sorry mind you. It was the same day as this happened. I showed him the email and he kept saying that was from corporate, which it was not it was from what is on the receipt! I don’t think he could read not to bash him, but I do not think he could Read English. He refused to replace anything even after the photos he said they do not do refunds or remake at that location. Are you serious?! That location has nobody in it. They’re lucky they get any type of service. I will definitely be letting the health department know about the rotting lettuce because it wasn’t just a little bit. It was very wilted brown and slimy and they served that.

    I tried many different subways but this one the worst one I ever try They put no meat on the sandwich The costumer service was good the staff was friendly
