  My S24 Ultra got a little wet was saying no SIM card no service. So I went to the Grossmont location yesterday (6/14, noonish) to purchase a new Sim card. I told the guy my issue and that I needed a new Sim card. He replies, "thats a phone issue". I said ok but id rather try a $10 Sim card before buying a $1200 phone. Can I just buy a Sim card to see if that would fix the issue? His response was "like I already said, thats a phone issue" I am writing this review on the same phone and same Sim card. I understand the guy didnt want to work that day or probably any other day but perhaps hire people who can apply the smallest bit of effort.

  Came to Khaled Kricket at grossmont mall and received first class attention and service during my visit. This guy Khaled is a rockstar who cares about the customer. I cant say enough about how well I was treated! Ty bro, Kellen.

  I came into Cricket today because I needed to check if my dad had paid his phone bill before going to the hospital. He's been in for a week and intubated so I had no way of asking him. I went in desperate and worried wondering if his phone was still working. I was just so stressed and overwhelmed. Janet went literally above and BEYOND to find out. Since I wasn't on his account it wasn't easy finding out without his pin. She did everything she could think of until she finally figured out a solution. She literally did not give up. Her patience, perseverance, and compassion lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Thank you, Janet!!!:)

  Right next door to the Grossmont center theaters, it should get more foot traffic, but most everyone who passed by seems to be headed somewhere else. I notice that because I am a frequent movie goer. So, for the positive things, their staff is ALWAYS friendly to everyone. The place is open and sunny. The items are well stocked and easily seen. And after writing this review, I am definitely going inside and see what they have to offer.
