I felt inspired to come write this review, because all this store does, is make my life easier. We all know shipping is part of a modern digital shopper's weekly life. This team goes above and beyond in any shipment simple. The team is personable, helpful, and patient. I have a UPS that is closer to me, but I drive 5 extra minutes for the service I've received here. Thank you for all you do, it matters.

If you need to mail anything….these 3 men Sharik, John, Nick are amazing super helpful and patient every single time I come in. And no matter how busy the location may be they always greet you with a smile and get you through the line so quickly I feel like I never have to wait….. Really awesome employees.

My experience at this UPS Store location has always been good but it's been exceptional after the recent change of ownership. This new team's professionalism, commitment to excellence and kindness has been second to none. Additionally, during the Covid pandemic, the staff has done everything possible to keep customers comfortable and are diligent about airing out the store, wearing masks and having a limited number of people in the store at any time.
