  Staff here is outstanding, nice and super helpful!! (Shout out to the man working around 5:30 pm on 9/8/26 who was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to help so that I wouldn’t have to come back because I did not have a box to ship back Amazon returns without a QR code. He even taped the labels on and boxed the items up for me!).

  The UPS Store is one of those businesses that just makes life easier. Whether I'm shipping packages, printing materials, or tackling a last-minute project, they always get the job done quickly and professionally. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It's great to have such a reliable neighborhood business in La Jolla!
