Theft and fraud. I used this location to ship my son his iPhone that he had left behind on a recent visit. A week later, he received an empty box. Our “Find My Phone” app showed that his phone had last connected to the network in Tijuana Mexico. I will never use this FedEx office again

Hello. I visit FedEx with a piece for paper i want to reduce the copy size by 50%. I ask the staff to do this on the printer behind the counter....I m informed the copy is not possible without emailing the copy! I am disappointed. A simple task is beyond the Capcity of a minimum wage work with minimum training....left alone to manage the store. Corporate design is so limited! With system like this, I'm learning the ability of minimum wage society. All the clerk had to do was push the button that says "reduce", 50%. That was my request.
