  I’ve always had a great experience at this FedEx location. The staff is helpful, patient, and professional, and I especially want to recognize Austin. He has helped me many times and is always kind, efficient, and respectful. My mom also went to this location, and Austin helped her as well, which meant a lot to me. It’s not always easy to find people who take the time to assist customers with care, but Austin consistently does. Thank you to him and the FedEx team for making things easier.

  Huge thanks to Carmen for handling my print job professionally and efficiently. Was in and out in 15 minutes. She provided excellent guidance and made the process simple. One of the last few businesses where you can walk in, receive individualized attention on a project and walk out with the finished goods. Very pleased with her service! Thank you

  Terrible experience, this store didn't give my package to FedEx before the cutoff at 5:30pm so it wasn't delivered on time. When I complained, the manager simply said there was nothing he could do. Unreal!

  They refuse to mail returns - even if you have prepaid shipping - unless you pay for a box or packing materials from them. Even if you come with your own box. Unacceptable.
