  Loved this location and find most of the workers to not only be hard working but kind but I had a horrible experience here with Rebecca. I pulled up with three amazon returns. I provided her with a small stool return that came with (that same shipping brown plan shipping box). I handed it over to her and she looked visually upset saying "I dont recommend we ship it out like this". After explaining to her, this is how I received the item, she straight out told me she didnt believe me. And I was like, can I still return this?? And she said "yes*" soon after she brings another employee a bigger girl with glasses to look at that box. She rudely says "I dont think thats how the box arrived, there should've been a label on it but...whatever" *walking away with attitude. I look at Rebecca and said I dont know why your making it a big deal especially after telling you this is how I recieved the package. She then looked at me and replied angrily.. "It's my job to make this type of thing a big deal all aggressively". Wasn't expecting to walk into a UPS and full blown be interrogated over a box!? Was this a marketing tactic to get me to buy yet another brown box to put over the brown box I recieved?? Regardless be prepared for passive aggressive attitude and confrontation here.
