  Extremely disappointing hygiene and customer service. When I walked in, the employee came out from the back wiping her hands all over her shirt and immediately put gloves on to make my food. Her hands did not look clean or recently washed. When I politely asked if she had washed her hands, she gave me a foul look and claimed she 'just did in the back.' I asked if anyone else was available to make my sandwich because I was uncomfortable, and she rudely told me she was the only one there. I left without ordering. Basic food safety and decent customer service should not be this hard to find.
